School Directory

Order By: October 2, 2026

The school directory is a printed contact book organized by grade and last name for the entire school district. You can use it to connect with other families — coordinating rides, finding a study buddy, or tracking down a phone number when your kid says they’re heading to a friend’s house after practice.

It’s 100% optional to be listed, and you do not need to purchase a copy to have your info included… just complete the form in Step #3 to add your information!

This annual fundraiser raises ~$2,000 for the MSPA and helps our community stay connected!

How to Order a 2026-2027 School Directory

Step 1: Pre-Order Your Directory

  • Complete this form by October 2nd to request a directory. (PDF version is here if you cannot complete online.)
  • This form does NOT add your contact information to the directory. If you need to add, change, or remove your information, see Step #3 below.

Step 2: Make a Donation

  • The suggested donation is $20 plus $5 for any additional directories.
  • You can pay by cash, check (made out to PCPA), or online via GiveButter.

Step 3: Add/Update/Remove Your Information

  • New to Cape Elizabeth Schools this year, or never opted into the directory before?
  • Need to update your address, email, or phone?
  • Want to remove your information entirely?
  • Complete this form by October 2nd. (PDF version is here, if needed.) If the only change is your child’s grade, you don’t need to complete this form!

NO PART OF THE SCHOOL DIRECTORY MAY BE SOLD DONATED, REPRODUCED, STORED IN ANY RETRIEVAL SYSTEM, OR TRANSMITTED IN ANY FORM OR BY ANY MEANS, ELECTRONIC, MECHANICAL PHOTOCOPYING, RECORDING OR OTHERWISE WITHOUT THE PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THE CAPE ELIZABETH SCHOOLS PARENT ASSOCIATIONS OF THE CAPE ELIZABETH SCHOOL DEPARTMENT.
